What can anyone say about Rich that already hasn't already been said? I have been doing real estate business with Rich since 2013/14. Along with his business partner we must have done 3-4 deals over the ensuing years. Working on another one right now as we speak. After that purchase was completed we stayed in touch. When we advised Rich we were considering selling and purchasing a new home down the road he took it upon himself to do the leg work and would periodically send us listings that helped guided us with a price and when to list our property.
