We first met Rich as first time buyers almost a decade ago. He was patient and very attentive to what we were looking for. Purchasing your first home can be nerve racking but Rich has a way of connecting with his clients and reassuring them of any concerns they may have. After that purchase was completed we stayed in touch. When we advised Rich we were considering selling and purchasing a new home down the road he took it upon himself to do the leg work and would periodically send us listings that helped guided us with a price and when to list our property. He spearheaded the sale of that location and spent the next few months showing us roughly 40-50 properties. He knew it was the right home just as much as we did when we found “the one” and I think that speaks volumes of his level dedication and commitment. I would recommend Rich to everyone. He is a great agent and an even better person.
